Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I am paneled with multiple insurance providers in Washington and Texas through Headway. In Washington: Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and Regence Blue Shield. In Texas: Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Quest, and Ascension. Nevada clients are welcome to contact me to discuss current coverage and payment options. Do you offer superbills for out-of-network clients?
Yes. If you are out-of-network, I can provide an updated superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of 0–90%, depending on your plan.
Where are you located?
I provide telehealth only, so I do not have a physical office address. I serve clients throughout Washington State, Texas, and Nevada. If you reside in one of those states, I can see you wherever you are most comfortable.
Can you see me if I live outside of Texas, Washington, or Nevada?
I currently provide telehealth counseling only to clients located in Washington State, Texas, or Nevada. I am not able to provide counseling services to clients outside of those states and will update my site if availability expands.
How do you approach counseling?
In short: Jesus first, clinically sound, and attachment focused. I integrate faith with evidence-based clinical practice, honoring your spiritual life as a meaningful part of healing while also using approaches grounded in research.
Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?
Not at all. While my approach is faith-integrated and I bring a biblical worldview to my work, I welcome anyone who is open to that framework. You do not need to share my faith to benefit from the care I offer.
How long are sessions?
I offer 30-minute individual sessions ($75), 50-minute individual sessions ($150), and 60-minute marriage or couples sessions ($180). We can discuss the right length for your goals during your free 15-minute consultation.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a written document for clients who are not using insurance that outlines the expected cost of services. If your bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Visit CMS No Surprises for more information.
